These Terms of Service govern the use of this website and the services provided by AESTHYX LIMITED CO., the company that operates the glow serum bar at 256 S 2670 E, St George - 84790-6412, United States (US). By browsing this site, sending an enquiry, or booking an appointment you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms you should not use the website or the services, and you are welcome to contact the studio with questions before proceeding. The site was designed and is maintained by the developer Aesthyx on behalf of the company.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing this website you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and that you agree to be bound by them. If you use the site on behalf of another person or an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on that party behalf. These terms apply together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal information is handled.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure by the company to enforce a provision on one occasion does not amount to a waiver of that provision on any other occasion.
2. About the Company
AESTHYX LIMITED CO. blends clinical skincare research with an aesthetic lab bar. The studio operates a glow serum bar at 256 S 2670 E, St George - 84790-6412, United States (US). You can reach the team by email at help@aesthyx.lat or by telephone at +13203083916 during business hours. References to we, us and our in these terms mean AESTHYX LIMITED CO., and references to you and your mean the visitor or guest.
3. Eligibility
The website and services are intended for adults. By using them you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided and for the minor attendance and aftercare.
We may decline to provide a service where we believe it would be unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate, or where information provided appears to be false or misleading.
4. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and only for its intended purpose, which is to learn about the company, its services and how to contact the studio. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its supporting systems, interfere with its normal operation, or use automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on the service.
Content on this website is provided for general information. While we try to keep it accurate and current, we do not guarantee that every page is free of error or that the site will be available without interruption. We may suspend, withdraw or amend any part of the site at any time without notice.
5. Appointments and Bookings
Appointments at the glow serum bar are arranged by email or telephone. A booking becomes confirmed only when the studio replies to acknowledge it. Requests sent through the contact form are enquiries rather than confirmed bookings, and a specific time is yours only once the team has written back to accept it.
Please arrive on time. An arrival that is substantially late may require the appointment to be shortened or rescheduled so that other guests are not delayed. The studio will always try to accommodate genuine difficulties, so tell us as soon as you know that you will be late.
6. Service Descriptions
The services described on this website include Glow Diagnostics Consults, Custom Serum Programs, Barrier Repair Protocols, Radiance Peel Series, Cold Roller Therapy Bars and Home Lab Starter Kits. Descriptions are written in good faith to explain what each program involves. They are not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Individual results vary with skin condition, routine, environment, health and consistency. A program that suits one guest may not suit another, which is why every service begins from a reading rather than from a standard plan. The studio may modify a treatment, or recommend that a different rung of the ladder be taken first, when the assessment supports that decision.
7. Skin Assessments and Patch Tests
Before new actives are introduced, the studio prepares a patch test so that the risk of a reaction is reduced. You agree to disclose relevant information during the assessment, including known allergies, current medications, recent procedures and any prior reaction to a skincare product. Withholding that information may make a treatment unsafe.
Some redness, tingling or flaking can follow an exfoliating or active program. If you experience a reaction that concerns you, stop the product and contact the studio promptly at help@aesthyx.lat or +13203083916 so the program can be reviewed. Where a condition requires medical attention, seek it from a qualified healthcare professional.
8. Custom Formulas and Products
Custom serums are prepared at the bar to suit the reading taken on the day. Each bottle carries a batch letter so that the formula can be identified and reordered. Because the formula is blended for a specific person and a specific condition, it is not intended for sharing with others and may lose effectiveness if stored incorrectly.
Storage guidance supplied with a kit should be followed. Fragile actives may deteriorate when exposed to heat or direct light. Claims of a problem with a product should be raised within a reasonable period after collection so the studio can examine the batch and respond fairly.
9. Prices and Payment
Prices for treatments, formulas and kits are provided at the studio and may change over time. The price quoted at the time of confirmation applies to the booking. Payment is due according to the arrangement made when the appointment is confirmed.
This website does not process payments and does not collect card details. Any payment is handled through the method agreed with the studio. If a price is listed in error, the studio will tell you before any charge is made and will offer you the choice of proceeding at the correct price or withdrawing the request.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Appointments may be cancelled or moved by giving the studio reasonable notice, so that the time can be offered to another guest. Where a cancellation is made with sufficient notice, no charge applies and any deposit is returned or credited.
A late cancellation or a missed appointment may incur a fee, which will be explained to you before it is applied. Custom serums that have already been blended cannot normally be returned, because they were prepared for you alone, but the studio will always discuss a fair resolution where a product has a genuine problem.
11. No Medical Advice
The information on this website and the services provided at the studio are cosmetic and aesthetic in nature. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and they do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical skin condition, are pregnant, are receiving medical treatment, or are unsure whether a service is suitable, seek advice from a doctor before booking.
The studio may ask for information about your health in order to plan a safe service, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. When the studio believes that a medical opinion should come first, it may decline or postpone a treatment.
12. Guest Responsibilities
You agree to follow the aftercare guidance supplied with your program, to use products as directed, and to attend follow up appointments where the plan calls for them. You also agree to tell the studio about any change in your skin, health or medication that might affect a treatment.
Please treat the studio and its team with courtesy. The bar is a working laboratory as well as a service space, so we ask guests to avoid touching equipment, opening the vials, or handling the rollers unless invited to do so by a member of staff.
13. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including text, layout, styling and graphics, is owned by or licensed to AESTHYX LIMITED CO. and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for personal, non commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or exploit the content in any other way without prior written permission.
The company name, brand devices and program names are identifiers of AESTHYX LIMITED CO. and may not be used in a manner that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved.
14. User Submissions
When you send an enquiry, submit a message, or provide feedback, you confirm that the material is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You grant the studio permission to use that material for the purpose of responding to you and delivering the services you requested.
Please do not send confidential documents, third party personal data, or content that you do not have permission to disclose. If we receive material that appears to infringe the rights of another person, we may remove it and, where appropriate, decline further correspondence.
15. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use this website or the studio services to break the law, to harass or harm another person, to transmit malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to systems, or to misrepresent your identity. You must not scrape the site, reproduce its content at scale, or present it as your own.
Where a breach of these terms occurs, the studio may restrict access to the website, refuse or end a service, and take such further action as is reasonable or required. We may also report conduct to the relevant authorities where the law expects it.
16. Third Party Links
This website may contain links to pages operated by other organisations, such as a mapping service. Such links are provided for convenience. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
Visiting a linked page is at your own discretion, and the terms and policies of that site apply once you leave our pages. If a link is broken or inappropriate, tell the studio at help@aesthyx.lat and we will review it.
17. Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided on an as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is unlawful.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AESTHYX LIMITED CO. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of this website or the services. Our total liability in respect of any single matter is limited to the amount paid by you for the service to which the claim relates.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you. In that case the remainder of the section continues to apply to the maximum extent the law permits.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AESTHYX LIMITED CO. and its team against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the website, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the rights of another person. This obligation survives the end of your relationship with the studio.
We will notify you of any such claim and will reasonably cooperate in its defence. You may not settle a claim in a manner that imposes an obligation on the company without its written consent.
20. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the studio is established, namely the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms or the services will be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
Before starting formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact the studio so that the matter can be discussed and, where possible, resolved directly. Good communication settles most disagreements faster than any process.
21. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we revise the date shown below. A material change will be reflected in the content of this page, and where appropriate a notice will be placed on the homepage so that returning visitors are aware of it.
Continued use of the website or the services after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept a change, you should stop using the site and contact the studio about any appointment already arranged.
Seasonal Programs and Waitlists
Certain lab bar programs are offered in seasonal windows, and demand may exceed the number of appointments we can reasonably schedule. For such programs we maintain a simple waitlist. Joining a waitlist is free and does not create a confirmed booking. When a slot opens we contact guests in the order in which their requests were received, using the contact details provided at sign up.
If a guest declines an offered slot or does not reply within the period stated in the offer, the slot passes to the next guest on the list and the original guest keeps their place for later openings unless they ask to be removed. Waitlist positions are personal to the guest who joined and cannot be transferred or sold.
Product Storage and Care
Custom formulas and retail items prepared by the studio are blended for stability under ordinary household conditions. Each product carries guidance on storage, and guests are responsible for following it. Formulas that contain active botanical extracts are best stored away from direct sunlight and sources of heat, and some items are intended to be refrigerated after opening.
Products that have been stored incorrectly, used past their stated period after opening or mixed with other substances are not covered by our satisfaction review process described earlier in these terms. If a product arrives damaged in transit, guests should contact us with photographs so that we can arrange a replacement under the carrier claim process.
22. Contact Information
For any question about these terms, contact AESTHYX LIMITED CO. by email at help@aesthyx.lat, by telephone at +13203083916, or by mail at 256 S 2670 E, St George - 84790-6412, United States (US). The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and it is closed on Sunday.
